The Olaplex #1 & #2 is a two part system that is to be used together, in the Stand Alone Treatment the #1 first for 5 minutes and then the #2 is applied directly over the #1 for 10 to 20 minutes.
In color or lightener, the #1 is put into the product and then after the product is rinsed out (light shampoo for lightener) then you apply the #2 on the hair for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse, shampoo & condition.
The Olaplex #3 is for your client to take home and do once a week to help keep the disulfide together and to prevent any damage from blow-drying or heat tools etc.
The #4 shampoo and the #5 conditioner can be use any time and also has the added benefit of repair disulfide bonds.
#6 is an awesome Smoothing Styler that will hydrate, smooth and shine the hair and keeps working in the hair forn 72 hours, so no need to apply more.
#7 is the awesome Oil that has a heat protectant plus a UV protectant, I like to mix the #6 Smoother + the #7 Oil together.
All Olaplex products are highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

B3 Brazilian Bondbuilder:
Dimethyl isosorbide is a water-miscible organic solvent. PPG-3 Benzyl Ether Myristate is an artificial oil used as a silicone replacement. Hydrogenated Castor Oil / Sebacic Acid Copolymer is an oligo ester for coating hair and does not repair bonds. It’s similar to silicone and but heavier. Benzyl alcohol is used as a solvent.
Tocopherol acetate is a vitamin E acetate. Tocopherol phenol is a vitamin E derivative. Beyond these, you have 4 different oils including argan, jojoba, sunflower and apricot that will just coat the hair as well as many herbal extracts that add nothing to the chemistry. Brazilian Bond Builder is an oil based product consisting of artificial and natural oils dissolved in artificial solvents and is incapable of rebuilding broken bonds in the hair. It also contains low concentrations of vitamin E derivatives, herbal extracts and fragrances.
( B3 does not eliminate free radicals. Olaplex does work throughout the hair.
