We have a no refund policy on any and all services provided at

Hair by Tatiana.

However, pending management's approval, we might complimentary beautify your hair with in 7 days of the original

date of service,

Our cancellation policy:

Your appointment is important to to us, it is reserved especially for you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

An appointment confirmation request will be sent no less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment to give you plenty of advanced notice.

 

-a 50% fee will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.

-a 100% fee will be charged if you "No Show" for your appointment.
